Lance and his entire team are world-class at what they do. They helped us design and install a full house audio, networking, and video setup that we have been loving using every day. It included tricky installs of flush-mounted motorized mounts, in ceiling speakers indoor and outdoor, Ring cameras indoor and outdoor, and a number of other components. Lance is the perfect combo of easy-going but also super knowledgable. If there is any component or brand you're passionate about using, he figures out a way to layer it into their setup. The best part is when install time comes, his team takes a ton of care to do it right. Every cable is labeled, not a scratch on the wall and even the media cabinet back in the closet is carefully organized with all the cables bundled and zip tied for a clean look and easy access.
If anything comes up, Lance is super responsive and flexible. I'd highly recommend. We'll be working with Lance and team on any future audio, video, networking, or security at the house. Indoor or outdoor.

We could not be happier to have had Sound & Security as part of our team during our new construction build. Lance and his team did an amazing job of getting creative when necessary in order to ensure our needs were met, they are consistently respectful of our space and privacy, and are always extremely kind (especially when interacting with our kiddos). We ended up using them for a couple other projects / sites and would not hesitate to recommend them to others who are looking to add to their space and protect what they love.

Lance and team were great to work with as our house build was completed. They helped with the planning for wiring of security and sound systems. And then the final installation of that equipment. Also, they've been great about follow up questions.

We were lucky enough to be referred to Lance Nelson of Sound and Security Innovations by our builder. We then contacted Lance who sat down with us to help describe his recommendations for TV installation, Ring security equipment and a security system. In a new home on a dark street and a golf course back yard, we felt we needed his suggestions. He talked to us in our senior technology language, never talking above our heads. We are very happy with our equipment and the installation, that was seamless. Lance has also been our go to guy for troubleshooting. Just today he helped me with a minor problem, that my skills couldn’t handle.
