We own a home that was built by Innovative Homes and we love it. Because of that, we hired Mark for a room expansion project and our one major concern was that our 1 year old, custom-made blinds would fit once the expansion was complete. He assured us it wouldn't be a problem. The dining room is gorgeous and they did complete on time but the blinds do not fit. Mark refused to take responsibility & would not even split the cost of the new blinds with us. We were very disappointed that after we spent $30k he would not fix his mistake and make this right with us. He was rude also. I'd use caution before hiring him.

Mark and his team were hired to finish my basement. This project was near and dear to my heart. Him and his team went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that I was within budget. He was able to help eliminate wasted space and made the basement even more functional than I could have imagined. I highly recommend you look past the ⭐️ reviews and hire him for your next project.
