I can't say enough good things about this Co. They did a great job installing a new AC and Heater in my hm! Jennifer the office manager assisted me
w/ negotiating reimbursement from my Hm Warranty Co. Though it took a little time to do the install; thanks to my Hm Warrenty Co. In fact, due to the extreme temps Edward and his team showed up and brought a Portable AC System that I could use while we went through the negotiations.. Edward and his team were great, very respectful and once they got the systems on site, he stayed late at night so I could have AC., since the temps were going to be in the high 90s. Which, my son & I greatly appreciated!
I recommend this company for all you AC & Heating needs!!

Update from my review last year: My son's heater didn't work at the start of the season. The Henson rep assessed the problem and told my son he needed a new, $10,000, system. I got a second opinion from another company. The other company fixed the problem in 15 minutes and said there was no need for a new system. I disputed Henson's bill but they are requiring me to pay it. Not happy with the way this was handled.

My son had an issue with his heater on the first night below freezing (of course). The team at Henson responded to my voicemail right away. They sent a technician to my son's house as soon as one was available that day, 7pm on Saturday. They had to order the part but they left my son a space heater that worked great to heat the house. The tech came back on Monday and made the repairs. Vey responsive, friendly and professional service. And the price was very reasonable considering the weekend visit. I'll definitely use Henson again.

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable techs. They took the time to verify and check the entire system before making a diagnosis. Great folks making sure the customer understands the failure and the value of their service work. Definitely going to refer these HVAC specialists to friends and family.

I needed a furnace & AC unit. I got about 7 estimates. 5 minutes into talking with Ed from Henson, I knew I wanted them for the job. Jessie & “The Crew” got to my house when promised and did a professional installation. Every employee that entered my house were Super polite & professional. My negotiated price was on average… 22% lower than all the other estimates. Sounded to good to be true. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureaus web site and no surprise they have an A+ rating. I can tell you that A+ & 22% lower price made this a No Brainer. Thanks guys
