I have used this company for many years. We’ve had them come for regular spraying (spiders) and have always had great customer service. One spring we found that we had a terrible mole problem which was ripping up our yard. They came out and took care of it right away. I’ve found them to be courteous, informative, and professional. Have recommended many times.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Heartland Pest Control!! We have had Shawn come to both of our homes prior to our move and now. He is always on time, friendly (hilarious!), and his work is AMAZING. He is quick, no smells or fumes, and THE BUGS ARE GONE! Terrific local business!
They didn't show up for the appointment I made, for which I took off work (5/7). They showed up a week (5/14) later with no appointment authorized by me and are now trying to charge me a trip fee for that unauthorized appointment. I would not recommend doing business with them.
