I had major pet stains on my carpet when I called Big Red Flooring. They were able to get me on the schedule right away. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job. My carpet looks brand new! Highly recommend!!!

We had Big Red Flooring install new carpet for us recently. They did a great job, getting everything exactly the way we wanted it. We have purchased carpet from the Mart before and this was a much better experience. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did and would definitely use them again for other flooring needs.
