Did not fix the issue with my refrigerator. Simply defrosted it and went on his merry way. Did not mention that it would continue to be a problem or that we would need to replace the refrigerator. When we called him back because the issue resurfaced two weeks later, he blew us off and told us it wasn't his problem.

The repair man Steve was rude, dismissive, and very quick to say it was a frozen fan on a refrigerator that was the problem. He gave instructions to let the fan defrost.
I followed his instructions and the problem was not resolved. When I attempted to text and call him, he was incredibly rude, giving the impression that he was bothered, saying he didn't have time to worry about it and that they don't work on weekends so good luck.
The Google search shows they are open on Saturdays.

We had a technician come out as our fridge was not working. He diagnosed the problem really quick (bad compressor) and noticed that it might still be under warranty. Told me to call and find out if the repair would be covered under warranty, and it was!!! It was so kind and honest of him to help us out that way! (Unfortunately the company had their own technician repair it, not Mom’s appliance). But I really appreciated their great service!

We called and he came out ask what noise was. We told him and he said either it is the fan or the computer board. We said fridge sounds like a dying screech. He said it is fan. He came Saturday and replaced the fan. Took 15 min he charred 241.37. Fan is not working need to replace computer board. Called him and told him problem. He told us to unplug and plug back in. Told him we did. He said u need a new board. He said he couldn’t fix it. He is going to Mexico. Now we have a freezer that won’t do what it should. I asked for recommendations and he didn’t recommend anyone. He is a rip off and we will never use him again. Che is outrageous in price!

Have used Mom's Appliance Repair a handful of time throughout the years. Steve has always done great work and fixed whatever we needed, in the same day. This time when we called Steve, he texted me back saying he was out of town but to call Eric. Eric did just as great of work. Eric had the part we needed for our dryer, had it put on and dry working literally within 10 minutes. The prices is always very reasonable and doesn't brake the bank. I can not say enough good things about Mom's Appliance Repair. They arrived wonderful!
