We've been using Superior Door for several years, because when we moved we knew that our garage door was not the best. They've always had great service, including coming out on nights and weekends to assist us in getting garage door down, getting it back on track, etc. We finally had them out to help us with replacement of the garage door, and we chose an insulated garage door to help keep our garage a little bit warmer and prevent drafts. We had Wade come out to tell us about the various products and explain the differences , and he was very informative and took time to make sure that we understood everything and answered any of our questions. Once we eat submitted our deposit of 60%, our garage door was available about two weeks later, maybe a little less. Installation was set one week out, and today was installation day. Lorence came out to do our install, and he was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job explaining the process, taking care of the installation, answering my questions, and most importantly cleaning up the driveway. We've had so many vendors that leave messes when they get done, and there was no mess afterward. It was nice to be able to take a picture to send to my wife and move the trash cans back, without having to pick up a bunch of trash. Overall, the experience was fantastic, the price was very affordable, and the service was excellent throughout, from ordering to installation. I would highly recommend Superior Door for repair or installation of your next garage door.
From when I called with a broken opener, they were at my house within 30 minutes, recommended a replacement opener with all costs explained upfront, and finished the job within 90 minutes. Thorough, professional and courteous service as always. That is why Superior will always be our go to for anything garage door related.
All staff members were pleasant, helpful, and informative. The woman that answered the phone kindly helped guide me through the process of what our next steps were. The technicians that completed the repair were early, quick with the work, explained the process thoroughly, and I am completely satisfied with the work done. Our garage door was ajar, and they even insisted on crawling through the open space to get into the garage to avoid tracking dirt through the house. Top notch service, I would gladly recommend Superior Door to anyone!
This door company is absolutely the best! When our garage door spring broke, they quickly came to clamp the spring and free our car from its prison. The service was fast and reasonably priced. Because the spring needed to be replaced and the door was old, we decided to just have the whole thing replaced. Again, Superior Door was awesome and helped us find the perfect door. If you have garage door needs, I highly recommend Superior Door!
They came to my jobsite and fixed my trailer door right there in the driveway. We had been lifting that extremely heavy door for a week trying to find a time to meet and there scheduler just asked where I would be tomorrow. She called me ahead of time to see where we at and they showed up 20 minutes later and made the repairs. I have also had them do two other garage door services for me and they have always been prompt and done great work.
